IMPORTANT NOTE: 

Due to the strikes on Wednesday 25 May and Thursday 26 May in France, please check your train and flight details on your travel company website!

Note that tomorrow there will be also protests in the streets of Nantes from 2pm. It is highly recommended to avoid the city centre from 1pm.

Some blocages in the city might be expected as from 6am.

As from 1pm till 8pm there will be no public transport. 

To get to the airport :

  • We advise you to bring your luggage to the congress centre. A cloack room will be available.
  • If you have travel plans, you are recommended to take a taxi from the front of La Cite. As from 11am, a representative from "Allo Taxi" will be in the registration area from 11am till 6pm. Please try to share taxis (co-sharing).
  • As from 1pm, a bus (for about 60 people), will be rotating and available every hour. Please note that some blocages might happen and therefore we cannot ensure a smooth drive to the airport. You can book a place (on a first-come, first-served basis). 

To get to the train station :

  • Please go and check the www.sncf.fr website. If you need help, please ask the resgitration desk for assistance on Thursday 26 May at 7:30am at the registration desk.
  • You may walk to the train station. 

The information desk of the Congress Centre will be open all day till 6pm in the exhibit hall.

Under the general theme Environmental contaminants from land to sea: continuities and interface in environmental toxicology and chemistry, experts from academia, government and industry will share the most recent advanced knowledge in environmental sciences in order to improve chemical risk assessment and support current and future policies. Among the keynotes approached, Plastic waste in the aquatic environments, Fate and effect of cosmetics and personal care products - Regulatory perspectives, and Climate change and environmental contamination by chemicals: do they combine to modulate ecological and health effects? will put frames of debates of international interests.
